Easy Sautéed Broccoli Florets

Ingredients

Broccoli florets
2
tbsp
Oil
Most people use olive oil but use the oil you prefer
1-2
cloves
Garlic crushed
2

Salt & pepper
Instructions
Prepare your broccoli florets by washing them and cutting the spear into florets
Use a medium heat to heat your oil in a frying pan or skillet
Add your crushed garlic cloves cook for about a minute
Then add your broccoli florets and the salt and the pepper and cook for a few more minutes
When your broccoli is tender and changes colour to a brighter green it is ready to serve
remove from the heat and serve
