Delightful Buttered Baby Carrots

If you prefer a bit of added taste you can always cook your baby carrots with a bit of butter.

Ingredients

  • 500 g baby carrots
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3/4 tablespoon of sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean 500g carrots.
  2. Just cover them with water about 2.5 - 3cm cm should do it.
  3. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. add 2 tablespoons of butter.
  5. Add 3/4 tablespoon of sugar.
  6. Place on the lid.
  7. Boil your water then let it simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
  8. Remove your lid.
  9. Make sure your heat is on medium temperature.
  10. Now let your water nearly evaporate.  This should only take a couple of minutes.
