How To Sauté Baby Spinach

Ingredients

  • 400 g of Baby Spinach 14 US oz
  • 22 ml tablespoons Oil 1.5 US tablespoons
  • 1-2 cloves garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the oil into the pan and heat
  2. Pop your baby spinach into the pan
  3. Pile it high as it reduces right down once it starts cooking
  4. Once it is cooking add your garlic
  5. Use tongs to mix up and toss around your baby spinach and garlic
  6. Once your leaves are wilting it is cooked and ready to serve
  7. Serve immediately

Recipe Notes

Ideally, you need a sauté pan with high sides for this, however, any high-sided frying pan or skillet with a flat wide base will work. You are looking for maximum contact with the heat source.
